That’s why Brewster offers extensive continuing education support, sponsoring in-house certification programs including CPR, ACLS, PALS, and PHTLS, as well as offering state-of-the-art refresher courses.

Our EMTs undergo rigorous training that meets the State of Massachusetts recertification standards and the Department of Public Health's continuing education requirements. This includes a blend of mandatory, state-regulated modules and access to an online education portal that delivers comprehensive content covering all patient populations.

  • Many medical students in Massachusetts are required to complete an externship as part of their training to gain practical, hands-on experience. At Brewster Ambulance Service, we provide an excellent opportunity for these students to meet the required hours of field experience while working alongside experienced EMS professionals. With access to state-of-the-art equipment and a wide range of emergency scenarios, you'll develop essential skills that will enhance your medical education and prepare you for any future healthcare career.
